Hi need some help too plz, daughter used laptop last nite, for itunes and facebook today we have a blue screen with the following message warning you're in danger your computer is infected with spywire. it then pops up with a screen telling us we have 38 trojans and worms, but will not let us do anything except purchase system tool. will not let us on the internet will let us into a couple of programs but wont let us do anything and wont let us run any anti virus

Sounds like spyware on there. Can you not ALT CNTRL DEL and delete the application? Run ad-aware or spybot. What virus protection have you got?

download all the variants of Rkill from the link and try the iExplore.exe version first , if it runs you should see a black square box open up , when that finishes you can then follow the rest of the steps .

You need to download Rkill on another PC and put on a CD or USB pen drive before running on the infected PC

please post the malwarebytes log file when its done
