When my daughter logs on to her profile she gets a message "Hal not working" Nothing seems to be wrong but I would like to know what has gone wrong? What is Hal and what do i need to fix it. TIA PS She is running vista Home

problem uploading photos to Tesco

Wipe Hard Drive
I have an old PC that I plan to give away on Freecycle. I'd like to wipe the hard drive first though, just in case. What's the easiest way to do this? I don't think I have Internet access on the old PC so a downloaded product would only be of use if I could transfer it from my main PC.
