Can anyone help? I am just learning how to use a new Logitech pro 9000. My problem is that the focus/zoom etc tools block the image I am trying to adjust. I know how to move Windows in the normal way but the Logitech windows do not have the usual facility. Any ideas please? I've tried Logitech support and received about 900 hits with the words "move window", none seemed appropriate. Thanks BB

Heres how to take a screenshot http://www.wikihow.com/Take-a-Screenshot-in-Microsoft-Windows
Then you need to upload it online. I recommend using photobucket http://photobucket.com/
Press join now and make an account.
Then once you have loged in press choose files and select the screen shot you saved earlier.
It will take a few moments to upload.
Once its uploaded put you mouse over the image
you will get this
Then copy the IMG Code and paste it in your next post.0 -
I think I know what the OP means.. I have the same webcam, the best quality webcam out there in my opinion - good choice!
When you open the software or webcam the first thing you'll see on your desktop is the logitech software ribbon, and when your cam is running and you see the preview (quickcapture) window it appears to be "attached" to the ribbon - it isn't, you can just drag it anywhere on desktop.
So then when you open the tools/change settings options to focus zoom etc it won't obscure the preview image.
This 25 second video shows better what I mean:

danmanchester. Thanks for taking the time to reply. That is exactly my problem, the vid shows dragging the window clear, I can't do it though (I do know how to drag & drop) No matter where I put the cursor it does not change to the dragging arrows. However, if I click the camera icon, top left, a dropdown menu give the option to "move" I select this and the 4 pointed arrow appears. Seems great but moving this around does nothing, when I left click to drag the 4 pointy arrows disappears. It's getting near time for a few drinks now, so I'll return tomorrow in the hope of any more suggestions.
Happy New Year! and thanks again.
Edit. Just tried clicking on the words Quick cam, found I can drag it all over the screen now. Cheers! This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0
