Marsala Wine - how do you store it?
I have made Delia's trifle, highly recommend it very tipsy after eating it! The problem I have is I haven't a clue how to store the Marsala wine. Do you keep it in the fridge, or just keep it with the bung in it and use it again for Christmas? Any ideas? Thanks
