I'm not sure if this is the right place to write so apologies if not... I am looking for a Thomas the Tank Engine Aqua Draw for my son. I know its not a new toy and has been out several years but is still retailing for in excess £30... whereas there are others (In the night garden) which retail much cheaper. Any ideas where I can get a cheaper version?

This is weird. I am looking for ITNG aquadraw but can only see thomas.
They had it in store last week I think for 15.
If you can't get one from there. If you search on here there is loads of woolworth vouchers. I used one and got sixty pounds worth of toys for thirty?but only money saving if you need other things??
Other than that amazon or ebay and get cash back?

Thanks Mrsmcawber. I was actually looking for the large aquadraw which comes with a Thomas train to follow the lines you create but i love the little ones as well, might be a very good "runner up" if I can't find any decent priced thomas ones!0

we have the tomas aquadraw and to be honest we are really dissapointed with it. thomas hardly ever follows the lines and when it gets to a corner will just either stop or go off in another direction. you would be better off getting the rainbow or normal aquadraw which is cheaper and just as good. most people i know have said the same thing.
sorry to be negative but i wish i had saved the money myself0 -
Thanks JoJane, thats really useful to know. I don't want something that doesn't work, esp as my son is autistic and will not understand why Thomas doesn't follow the lines that he has drawn, I will def get the "normal" aquadraw. Thanks again.0

i have to agree with jojane, my nephew got the Thomas one a couple of years ago and it wasn't a good buy. A couple of uses then it didn't really work properly.Weight loss 2015: -4lbs January (thanks flu):wall:

How about a Thomas megasketcher? I bought one for my daughter 4.5 years ago and she still uses it.

Sorry can't help you locate one, but we have a Thomas Aqua Draw. Had it a few years now and it still works. I wouldn't say it's worth £30 (unless you son really, really wants it), and I'm sure I wouldn't have paid that much for it
.
It comes with a normal aquadraw pen and also a roller style pen, which draws the track, from experience we have found that the roller pen sometimes doesn't make a clear 'track' print, but Thomas will follow a line you draw with the normal aquadraw pen anyway.
