Sweet Potato???
Hiya guys, I've bought a sweet potato for tomorrow, plan on roasting it with our normal spuds, is that the right way to do it? Do I boil it first, like I do the tatties? A friend served up roasted sweet potato once and they were delicious :)

ok, so at about 5 today i got the turkey out of the freezer to defrost, thinking i were giving it more than enough time to ....then i read the instructions....45 HOURS!!!!!!..... what am i going to do, dont wanna be putting it in the bath to defrost like on royal family christmas special last year!!! lol
