Help need advice on steaming fruity xmas puddings

I know it's not money saving however I'm hoping someone here can help. Instead of traditional Christmas Puddings I have made light and fruity Christmas puddings from a Weightwatchers recipe. They are all prepared and packed in the little pudding basins ready to steam. (recipe says 1 hour steaming time)
My question is - is it better to steam them now and reheat tomorrow (worried I ruin them reheating) or can I leave them packed in the little plastic pudding basins overnight and just steam them tomorrow in time for Xmas dinner?
Thanks

I've only just seen this request and wonder how you got on?
I had a pudding dilemma
of my own, all's well that ends well, but it got steamed for much longer than I meant to. And it was bigger than anticipated so I had problems having enough saucepans for the rest of the veg.
So I hope everything worked out for you too and you got some advice elsewhere..0
