Iceland mag says 54-60 hrs in fridge or 18-20 hours in cool room.
Dispatches / read somewhere says not to wash ya turkey cos splash all the bugs around!!
I am thinking of my crown as toxic, rubber gloves, defrost (covered up) in cool larder (fridge full up!) and give it a good roasting!!!
My crown wrapper says not to thaw in warm room and to use fridge - mine's full up!! Pots/Cauli in larder too!!
