Do you spent EXACTLY the same amount on each of your children?
I always keep a log of exactly what I have bought my two daughters for Christmas to make sure I spend the same on each (give or take a pound or two.) Rather than buying things just to make up the numbers though, I sometimes make it up with a voucher to spend later. It can be hard but I would feel very guilty about spending…

Idea for gifts for students/not well-offs
I thought I would pass on a tip for a gift which has become a regular of mine and much appreciated. Where do you hide the presents??
Where do you hide the presents for the kids once you've bought them? I buy the main ones in November, and store them at the kids' Gran's house. Smaller items are kept on a big box in my bedrom. As a child...who all went hunting around their house? :rotfl:

Ways to save money this christmas
By not buying crap presents. No self respecting man actually wears homer simpson socks or looks good/amusing in a novelty tie. It is annoying to receive two bottles of ale and a etched glass, there is not enough booze to get you !!!!ed and the glass does not match any other you have and will eventually go to a charity shop…
