Trying to win all of my presents this year!!

Options
Hi everyone

I usually live on the DFW board but I love this Christmas board so I thought I would post on here about the little challenge I have set myself :D

This year I am trying to win all of the Christmas presents that I need to buy for people. I am mad on competitions and win quite a bit from them. Here's the list of the people I need to buy for:

Mum (main and tree present)
Sister (main and tree present)
Boyfriend (very fussy man, need to win something extra special if I can  ) - won a free CD voucher from CD-WOW so far :D
[STRIKE]Brother-in-law (main and tree present)[/STRIKE]
Gran ([STRIKE]main and [/STRIKE]tree present)
Uncle x 2 (main and tree present for one and main present for other)
Auntie (main present)
Oldest male cousin (17 years old - main present only)
Oldest female cousin (14 years old - main present only)
[STRIKE]Youngest female cousin (6 years old - main present only)[/STRIKE]
Youngest male cousin (4 years old - main present only)
3 x best friends (main presents only)
Boyfriend's parents (main present only)

So far I have won:

An England pint glass - This will be my brother-in-law's tree present
A Tracy Beaker doll set - I will give this to my Youngest female cousin

I have also won a diamonique necklace from QVC but I have not received it yet so I will allocate this to either my Auntie, Gran, Mum, older female Cousin or 1 of my friends. This depends on what it is like and how much it is worth.

I'll keep posting on my progress on here.

Emily x

Blimey Emily, I tend to lurk round all your threads as they are inspiring/motivating but if you can achieve this it will be amazing! How come you're so good at competitions? Are you in one of these clubs or are you mega lucky!?

I don't know why I win so much really, I enter A LOT of competitions so I guess that it's just down to the volume of entries.

I do belong to a comping club too which is great at finding all sorts of different competitions.

Because it has been such a good little tree all year :rotfl:

We have a tradition in our family, we get main presents for each other and then 'tree' presents that remain under the tree until Boxing day.

I'm sure if you wrap yourself up and put a bow on your boyfriend would be delighted. Cheapest present of all!!! ;)

Hi Emily, good luck, wouldn't mind trying this. I'm mad about competitions too but dont seem to win anything just end up getting more company emails sent to me. Any ideas? If you get really stuck, Studio has a christmas catalogue which has 70% off of things. A lot of things are odds and ends but I've got a few ideas from it for cheap presents. I'm also trying to find freebies, so any suggestions would be great (Sorry if I'm not supposed to mention catalogue name, still learning) x
