Ltd Co & Back Paying Wages
We started a Ltd Company 1st Nov. My husband as director and myself as company sec. To date neither of us have drawn a wage but now we intend to do that at £144 per week. Assuming no pre-company employment is it feasable to backdate these payments to the date of company formation? We both registered PAYE. Thank you!
