Under 21 bank account details
Just been wading through your articles on best deal bank accounts for a friends daughter and was ticked off to find most of them only available to over 21's and also needing £1000 per month transfers! Even those you highlight for low earners were not available to under 21's. Some hope of teaching kids to save! Maybe a…

RSS Feeds
Hi folks, In case some of you are wondering where the RSS feed has gone, we've had to switch it off as it was causing the Chat Forums to slow down and crash. pparently this is a known problem in our version of vBulletin and we're looking at ways to sort it out (the simplest of which is upgrading which we'll undertake as…

Error: 400 Bad Request
Apologies for starting a new thread about this but I thought maybe the new title might attract new or different form of help  As per my original thread here, I am still experiencing this problem - twice over the weekend, and again just now - and I'm having to reboot my PC in order to access MSE again, which is…

New rule clarifications
Does anyone know when the new rules/forum guidelines will be published:confused: It would be helpful if people knew where they stood on who does what and who decides what ,there seems to be a huge blurring of the lines and it's getting daft. Please can one of the admin team give an approximate idea, weeks months ,we realise…

HUKD doubting Martins intentions Re Earthquake Appeal.
Thread here. I'm sure I've read that Martin does not take any profit from this site and these guys just seem to be trading in semantics. Would someone with a lot more knowledge of this site pop over there and put the guys on the right path? Cheers

Design of MoneySavingExpert.com
I think the main website needs to go through a face lift. Not to undermine the effort of people who are working on it day and night to support it, but a friendly suggestion that although the content is excellent (thanks to every single member of this website), the presentation is shoddy. Some sample websites are available…

pm confusion
Hi I've sent a pm to a member of the site twice in the last couple of days. Both times, I've looked in my sent file and it's not been there. I thought one of the following may be happening. Her in box is full. She has put me on her 'ignore' list (I can't imagine this would be the reason) She has requested that she doesn't…

Online or NOT!
Hi, Havent seen it mentioned in the past but would it not be a good idea to have an 'In shops' Section of the various bargain type forums (Grabbit, Freebie, shop while you drop Etc) so as to keep the Online offfers separate? Very frustrating so see 'Item X for £2.00' only to find that some obscure shop in Scotland had…

Post count on a thread
Is there any way the number of the post shown at the top of each individual contribution could be changed from e.g. #6 to #6/25 (i.e. showing the total number of posts currently on that thread - in my example post 6 of 25)? Sometimes I get sidetracked, and/or forget to look at the number of replies on the forum index…

Birthday - December 1st?
Is this some sort of code? (on the Profile page) - I tend only to look at profiles if someone seems particularly knowledgable about a subject - and often the only information about them is Birthday December 1st. Perhaps all the clever people in the world were born on that day...
