UKNASHOP.com

Is there any logic in refusing to allow 4.99 to pay on a card when they have a 5 min?
A shop today won't put the transaction through unless I bought something else and couldnt just add 1p to my total. I presume they do this because of transaction fees? Does 4.99 Vs 5.00 really make much difference?

I've been advised that the basement floor in the Luton Debenhams store is becoming an outlet (clearance) department as two 'local' stores - London Oxford Street and Milton Keynes - are becoming rebranded as the flagship stores and will no longer be stocking sale items except for Mega days.
