Missed Amazon delivery, will they redeliver? (Important package! HELP

The deliverer is Amazon EU S.a.r.L., cannot find their contact details?

If they delivered and nobody was hope to collect the item, what will happen now?

Can't find any contact details, will they re-deliver?
the tracking ref (on the amazon order) which Royal mail cannot be found/is not recognising


a)What is that companies contact details?


b) Have you had this issue before, specifically with the company Amazon EU S.a.r.L ?


c) Will they most likely attempt to redeliver? if so how many times? (the date of deliver has come)


d) and the fact that they are with Royal mail, does that mean that the item will ONLY get delivered by the postman? or it can also be a solo independent delivery from a NON postman person?

answers to the above would be appreciated as it is a very important parcel! Thank you

Go on the website and contact them! They're generally very good. Did they not leave a note?

Your issue is more with Royal Mail, if they were the courier. Surely they left a little red note?
