Confused - you don't spend points you spend the (points converted to £) vouchers that are sent every 3 months.

and if you are canny you use those vouchers with the 'partners' to get x3, or, if you are very lucky, x4 their face value.

While I'm not in the 'know' as I used to be, I think the cut-off date was the 18th October.
They may be a couple of days to cover any adjustments, but usually it gets through the process of converting the points total into voucher denominations.
They get sent to the printers, and when the first day of when they could arrive on your doorstep, is also the first day, you'll be able to see them on-line.
Assuming, that is if you have more than one 'card, they're all linked to the same on-line account.
