I've been advised that the basement floor in the Luton Debenhams store is becoming an outlet (clearance) department as two 'local' stores - London Oxford Street and Milton Keynes - are becoming rebranded as the flagship stores and will no longer be stocking sale items except for Mega days. I went in on Saturday and definitely saw many bargains to be had and I know they were expecting it to ramp up with deliveries most days - helpful coming up to Christmas!
