Employer refuses to pay redundancy payout
My employer has decided not to pay the original amount stated on the letter. Only the statutory amount was paid. They are implying some work was left unfinished and using that reason as a 'get out' clause for paying what is due. Are they allowed to do this? Any advice would be useful.
