Small Business - Dealing with a PCN for ex-employee (Civil Enforcement Ltd)
Hi, I run a small business and last year one of our Sales managers was issued with PCN, they actually left before this was received. When I received the PCN I advised them that this was related to an ex-employee and provided them with alternative contact details. The vehicle is a company vehicle, registered to our business…
Didn't buy a ticket
Hello, long time reader, first time poster here. Received a PCN in the post the other day, the driver hadn't bought a parking ticket (didn't realise they needed one) The keeper wasn't driving. Is there a way to contest this and not pay the fine? I thought that I'd read somewhere that these fines are meaningless.
Judgement for claimant

She is disabled and receives PIP, she had a kidney transplant and has limited mobility due to issues.. She does NOT have a blue badge. Not all those 'disabled' and receiving PIP qualify for Blue Badge, and it is unclear…
Letter Of Claim from BW Legal / Premier Park
Hi, today I received a Letter of Claim from BW Legal, on behalf of Premier Park. The claimed debt arises from a 12 minute stay in a Pay and Display car park belonging to a restaurant in 2018. The driver attempted to pay for a stay in the car park for the evening, only having a weighed-down pocket of low-denomination coins…
Is it legal to put no parking stickers on cars?
I know this has been asked before by people who have had these put on their car but this is the other way round. My club owns a building in Wales, reached by a short, single track road owned by the National Trust. Immediately outside our building, at the side of the track, is a small car park owned by us, on our land, for…
Counterclaim for vexatious litigation to a PPC
Hello there, having searched for information to answer my question, I'm still left unsure. My situation is that I've received an MCOl from a PPC stemming from an event 5 years ago. They've been in touch every 6 months or so with begging letters but this is an escalation. The bottom line for them is that they don't know who…
