PE County Court Claim, WP letter received
Hi All Does somebody have the time to read my defence and comment? I have received a CCC for £175 from PE dated 17/2/20, I acknowledged it confirming that I will defend so have until tomorrow to file defence. The CCC form was the first I knew of this claim (moved house in December). The Hotel, via email on 6/3/2020, has…

HX Car Park Management
We have a PCN from HX Car Park Management. The main issue is there is a gap of 45 minutes between when the 1st ticket from a machine ran out and the second ticket bought online was bought. There was a delay as we waited for the password reset email to come through to enable the online payment. Is this worth appealling?

Alleged offence or POLA Strategy
I received a Claim Form from VCS from a PCN in 2016, the driver is unknown and I am the registered keeper. The particulars make reference to the defendant being the registered keeper and/or driver and VCS have pursued based on the assumption I was the driver. They are claiming £160+£25 court fees and I have a court date in…

Help with Parking Eye - A unique(?) problem, ignoring the main point in my appeal
Hi everyone, I'm new here and I've done my best to read what's here instead of making my own thread however I feel like I'm in quite a unique situation, unless there's something I missed. I received a parking fine through parking eye and I appealed as they failed to issue the PCN within the 14 day period. No parking ticket…

Let us ignore all PCNs - Not for milquetoasts
Like
it or not, our lives are changing as we speak. It is likely that we
may never get back to where we were before Christmas. Businesses
will go under, elderly couples will break up due to boredom and loneliness, single mums will batter
their kids, burglaries will increase. The future looks grim. Already a Supermarket has…

Bags over number plates
Okay I know this is a council question but it's more general so just wondered whether anyone had any thoughts/views On my way home I saw a car parked on yellow lines on a notoriously awkward corner. Basically you block the view of anyone turning on to a one way street. I'd be more than happy to see someone ticketed there.…

Set Aside Not Happened?
Hello, I received a CCJ in November for a parking ticket which Gladstone Solicitors agreed to have set aside as I knew nothing about it and I proved that I had moved out of the address 4 years ago. The process was quite smooth and I signed the Consent Order and received an email on 04/02/20 telling me that they had filed…

PCM ltd - private land— Parking fine
I’ve been parking weekly on a side road for the past 6 months when visiting my mother in a care home. Today I received a ticket saying I had parked in a restricted area. I then noticed a new sign had gone up further up the road on the opposite side to where I parked. I’ve taken a picture of sign for appeal. The sign says…

McDonald's PCN from 34 days ago, in the meantime I've migrated to Australia..
I moved to Australia a few weeks ago after previously living with my parents who were also away from home over the last month. They recently opened my post and unfortunately one of the letters is a £100 PCN from McDonald's Gatwick / MET Parking Services. I am furious about this because not only was I a paying customer, but…

Parking fine sent to wrong address
I have been contacted by a debt recovery company (DCBL) on behalf of Parking Eye. They are demanding £140 in respect of an unpaid parking ticket. I was clocked on ANPR for failing to pay at a hospital (was in a rush to get mum to A&E) - no paper ticket was issued. I never received the original ticket. It transpires that…

County Court Business Centre query
My girlfriend received a PCN back in Dec 2018. She was not the driver (I was) and she passed it on to me to deal with. Alas, I didn't as the original evidence provided by One Parking Solutions looked weak to me. My gf passed on follow up letters that I ignored and now she has just received a County Court Business Centre…
