PCN even though permit displayed (but date faded)
I got a parking ticket today in a car park that I have a pass for. I have parked here for 3 years. The permit is even in a 'tax disc holder' Over that time the expiry date has faded (which I was unaware). Today I got a ticket. In the photos they have, you can still just make out '15' in the year. I have gone over the date…

Missed POPLA deadline
Hello, I am looking for advice on how to deal with a parking charge that my husband received from UKPC. He originally disputed the windscreen notice via their website. This was rejected so he asked for the POPLA reference. Unfortunately, he was a bit 'relaxed' in writing the appeal to them and missed the 28 day deadline.…

The appeal letter was dated and sent on 08/01/2014 and we received an acknowledgement letter dated 21/01/2014 from NCP. After this letter we waited…

Euro car parks threats
I received this in the mail recently: (sorry about the size) The story: We'd gone shopping to an unnamed supermarket and parked in a place designated for 'high vehicles' (our car being a normal one). When we came back we found a note from ECP. There was a blue X under our car but no sign stating that parking was forbidden…

Northumbria
Someone is dropping hints over on PePiPoo that ParkingEye's signage at Northumbria's hospitals is being improved today with the aid of hacksaws and that not-so-Smart Parking appears to be moving in. Out of the frying pan and and into the fire? Or will Dumb actually be getting paid by Northumbria to do real car-park…

PCN advice
I have had two of these in the past, simply ignored them and after a stream of letters they have gone away. I now have two more, me and the wife, same car park same day, £ 90 each. Is the advice simply to ignore not so anymore? Should I complain direct to the supermarket? All advice welcome, thanks AKB
