Someone is dropping hints over on PePiPoo that ParkingEye's signage at Northumbria's hospitals is being improved today with the aid of hacksaws and that not-so-Smart Parking appears to be moving in.

Out of the frying pan and and into the fire? Or will Dumb actually be getting paid by Northumbria to do real car-park management?
