Biscuits - Best Before Date
Was doing my normal post Christmas/New Year clean out when I discovered an unopened box of M&S Belgian Collection biscuits the inner wrapper is still in place, the Best Before date was May 17. As that’s only a Best Before date I’m wondering if the biscuits are still OK to eat ?

Parsnips, parsnips and yet more parsnips........ ideas please
I have around 12kg of parsnips and luckily a large freezer. I love curried parsnip soup so making large batch. Also going to try honey roasted. Not sure if I can freeze these with honey glaze on but uncooked? Anyone have any other ideas or recipes that you love please
