Cleaning Roasting Tin
My roasting tin is disgustingly filthy. I soaked it in hot water and fairy liquid and also scrubbed at it with Detol and it's still digusting. I got a lot of the gunk off it, but it's still pretty gross. What's the best and cheapest way of cleaning it? I've already put it through dishwasher.

Omelettes
What can you serve with cheese and ham omelettes? I have frozen garlic bread, but was planning to use them with the pizzas I'm making tonight for tomorrow's dinner. Any suggestions? (Hopefully something that I'll find in my cupboard).

Got loads of milk expiring tommorow...
It should be ok, but I don't really know whether the sauce would seprate - although that should imo be recoverable when defrosting and reheating. If you have some pudding rice, you could always make rice porridge and freeze it for later. This rice porrisge also makes the base for the Scandinavian style "rice cream" (rice a…

Nigella Rub (for Chillies)
Just heard a tip on Chris Evans show on Radio 2, but not sure if this is where it should be posted. Seemingly to prepare a chilli you should hold it between your palms (as though you were about to say a prayer) and then rub it vigorously as though you were rubbing your hands together to keep them warm, then give the chilli…
