Turnip/Swede?

Can I Freeze Peppers???
Hi All, A bit of advice needed please. Thelovely people at Tesco have givemme twice the number of peppers I ordered without charging me :D Needless to say I am not returning them which leaves me with dealing with the storage side of things. What to do with a Gammon Joint

How do you cook trout ?
