Fixed rate running out in 6 months, just been made redundant
My mortgage fixed rate with HSBC runs out in 6 months and the SVR is a good 1.5% more. I've not missed a payment, although did take a 3 month payment holiday when work temporarily reduced our hours and salary for 3 months last year in a panic and was assured at the time it wouldn't affect my credit record. I'm getting a…

Getting a mortgage with under 25% shares in a limited company
I've read that if you have over 25% (some lenders 20%) shares in a limited company, you are classed as self employed. So does this mean if you have under 25% shares in a company you're treated as employed and only need 3 payslips? Any help gratefully received!
