Looking for some advice. I am looking for a joint mortgage but my partner is on furlough. We have 25% deposit and qualify on calculator with his furlough salary. Are any providers willing to offer mortgages when 1 applicant on furlough? Tia

Yes there are lenders able to lend to clients on furlough. Having a return to work date makes it easier but even without one there are options out there. P1

@netty79 I'll second what JMA has said above. You might not get the best rates available and the application is likely to be scrutinised but there should be options with a 25% deposit.
