Holiday let mortgages
Anyone know of LOW rate mortgages for holiday lets? Cheapest I have found is 3.5%. Last year I found one at 3.19%. I’ve been told they have gone up due to economic factors such as Brexit, Covid etc. But surely there is cheaper than 3.5% somewhere? Thanks.

With Profits endowment terminology : "Total plan value" vs "Final Bonus"

Interest only mortgage
Hi, I wondered whether anyone could tell me if the claim for a mis-sold interest only mortgage (given that there was no advice given at all) is the responsibility of the broker (who is now bankrupt) or the lender? Obviously if the claim would be against the broker I don’t have much chance 🙂
