Do all indivduals on House deeds, need to be on Mortgage?
Hi I wanted to know do all, individuals on a house deed need to be on a mortgage. Reason I ask is that my mother is close to maximum lenders age limit. Hence is playing a hindrance at the moment. Would lenders have any issues with leaving other owners off the mortgage?
