Hi all,it's remortgage time. What's best to do ? Just come out of a 5yr fix at 5.89 All good credit, House is worth 150k 81k to mortgage,over 20yrs. Got 20k savings,thinking of getting a offset mortgage but want to hold onto my savings and still have em in 20yrs. Ybs is offering a deal @ 3.44 for 5yrs or 2.94 for 2yrs.
