I have an interest only mortgage with the Bank of Ireland. I was on a fixed rate but now it has converted to a SVR. I also took a DMP just over a year ago. Am I stuck with this mortgage deal or am I able to obtain a better deal, even though I have a poor credit rating. Advice please.....
