Hi, I need an advise about securing a mortgage. I am a new buyer living in UK under work permit.I was wondering if someone have the experience to secure a mortgage being on work permit for less than two years.
Q: Suitable mortgage under fixed repayment category for work permit holders?
Cheers

Does a work permit mean you don't have/need a visa?

There are a few threads on Tier 1 Visa, if they are of any help. A search will reveal them.I am a mortgage broker.
