Hi all,it's remortgage time.
What's best to do ?
Just come out of a 5yr fix at 5.89
All good credit,
House is worth 150k 81k to mortgage,over 20yrs.
Got 20k savings, thinking of getting a offset mortgage but want to hold onto my savings and still have em in 20yrs.
Ybs is offering a deal @ 3.44 for 5yrs or 2.94 for 2yrs.

Nationwide are offering a 5yr fix at 3.19%
Britannia are offering a 5yr fix at 2.79% with no fees (other than solicitors)0 -
YBS have 3.19 offset. Fee 1125 though
I make the cheapest over 5 years Accord 3.29 with 495 fees.
Its hard choosing at the moment as the coop 5 year fix is 2.79 and people are saying its possible to "offset" by overpaying. Which can then be taken back. Sounds a hassle though.0
