missold mortgage
I have just received a phone call from charge right and they said we had been mis sold our mortgage as it was through a broker and also it was over a 35 year term which will go into our retirement age. The company want a fee to look into this but they say if there is no claim we get our money back. Is it worth pursuing ???

Does valuation instructed imply the underwriter is "happy"?
Would I be correct in thinking if the potential mortgage provider has taken the money for the valuation/survey and the online checker tracker "Valuation instructed" that the underwriter is happy with the application?
