My parents' home is in the childrens names and it is completey paid off. I would like to confirm that there has not been an attempt to releases equity by remortgaging or obtaining a lump sum by one of my siblings.
I have looked at the land registry website but i think i need to pay to get any information, can i get the information free anywere else?
thanks
