Friday will be day that I shall become mortgage free, didnt think I would be able to manage it until early next year but ive thrown every penny to pay it off.
It has taken me 20 years to realise that its important to overpay as much and as often as you can. If I had realised this sooner (instead of burying head in sand) I would have saved myself lots of added interest.
Now to start on my credit card £12000 but thats interest free until 2013 so got lots of things to sell either car boots/ebay. Dont know what I shall do with my free time when Im finished debt busting it has become an obssession feels better than spending it.;)

Dimbo yep remember that song very well one of my favs. and saving for retirement - I am retired!!! have been for the last 5 years. But because ive been naughty with my finances im still working and shall be forever (but I enjoy it).Look after the pennys and the pounds will look after themselves:money:0
