Remortgaging whilst working outside the UK

Hi All,
Myself and my partner own a property outright, it is a 2 bed end terrace valued at 75K in Jan 2010.
The main issue we are facing is we are both working in Dubai but are UK residents.
Are we able to remortgage our property?
