Reclaiming mortgage arrears admin fees
Bradford & Bingley are charging me arrears and administration fees. These have been from 2002 of £20/£25 to currently up to £55 per month. I have a court arrangement in place to pay £100 per month off of my mortgage so to charge a £55 admin fee is hardly helpful to clearing the arrears. I note your article says this is…

Loan for term of mortgage
I know that there are no 100% mortgages out there any more but you used to be able to get a mortgage for 90% plus a loan for 10% of the value of the property over the term of your mortgage, which effectively made it up to a 100% mortgage. Does anyone know of anywhere that still offers this? Thanks
