Reclaiming mortgage arrears admin fees

Bradford & Bingley are charging me arrears and administration fees. These have been from 2002 of £20/£25 to currently up to £55 per month.
I have a court arrangement in place to pay £100 per month off of my mortgage so to charge a £55 admin fee is hardly helpful to clearing the arrears.
I note your article says this is implemented in June.
This may be too late for me as they hold a suspended possession notice and have currently verbally stated they want £**** within two weeks or they will get an eviction notice and change the locks.
My help needed is:
1. What could you advise re claiming these fees back urgently as will obviously reduce my indebtedness.
2. Is a verbal "threat" enough? Surely I need this in writing if that is their intention?
I appreciate this last question may not fall within your jurisdiction but regarding the reclaim issue may be very important to me.
I would appreciate your opinion please if you can.
