Hi We had just had a mortgage approved 'subject to valuation ' then the rates went up before the valuation was completed ...... I know the answer already tbh but just to remove all hope from my tiny lil mind.. The increase will apply to our mortgage too wont it ? :rolleyes:

Buy To Let or Standard?
Looking at buying a flat to try and either sell on or rent out. Best I have seen depositwise is 25% of the property value, is there any better then this, property is only 80k. If i wanted to buy the flat and renovate it then sell it on, would i be able to get a standard mortgage on this? Thanks guys. Liam

I was meant to be getting a call back in the week to arrange a mortgage but they never called. Phoned today as I've got the day off work and after half an hour, got through to speak to someone.
