just to let everyone know, Advantage have just offered us £10,000.00 if we pay of our mortgage in full by 9th oct. perfect for us as we are selling our house but also worth looking at for people wanting to re-mortgage. they are also in some cases waiving any early redemption payments for fixed mortgages and the £250.00 closing fee!!!!
