Buying a house plus a building plot -mortgage
Can anybody advise me on the name of lenders who will give a mortgage on a house with a building plot. Switch to tracker now - fix later
I am currently being advised to remortgage in Jan when my current Abbey 4.39 fix ends, to a tracker at 5.98. This is with a view to fixing later after the rates have dropped. My only worry is that the medium - long term fixes won't drop, and I will have been paying more than necessary in the mean time. Do these rates…

Hi, Hoping someone might be able to offer advice. I've recently switched mortgage providers and my old provider First Active, has said that they don't provide final mortgage statements. Is Fixed or Variable the best route at the moment?
Hi Guys. I've been reading the forum avidly over the past few days as I am in the process of re-mortgaging. Most posters seem to be of the opinion that interest rates probably won't to anything much over the next few months, and some are even predicting the chance of a .25% drop! I had decided to not fix at the monent…

I am currently trying to re-mortgage my property (and have been doing so since June). This seems quite a high amount and also I feel…
