Is this the best halifax deal?

The deal we have been offered is as follows:
Fxed rate for 3 years
5.89%
with £799.00 arrangement fee
Anyone know of one better? We have to stay with Halifax so we dont have to resubmitt income etc due to change in jobs!

Nationwide would push that but it is easier and less hasle to do a transfer with Halifax!
