Deeds Dispatch Fee
I have just had a letter from the Halifax telling me that my 25 year mortgage is almost repaid, I owe £292-85. The letter tells me that there is a deeds dispatch fee of £50-00, this seems a bit steep for someone to put the paperwork in an envelope and mail them out to me or am I missing something. Any advice welcome. Ron
