Can you use ISAs to offset?
Hi I've heard of people offsetting ISAs against their mortgage, but I don't seem to be able to find any lenders that will allow me to do that, or ideally allow family also to offset ISAs against my mortgage. Thanks very much for any help you can give :)

Cemap
I have passed CEMAP 1 and passed CEMAP 2 (getting a merit in 2 units.) However three days later I took CEMAP 3 exam and failed. I got 33 correct out of 60.
