What documents needed for remortgaging.?

Just out of interest and planning ahead..could I ask what documents are needed for :
A-Remortgaging with the same provider
and
B-Is remortgaging with a different lender basically just seen as a new mortgage,so it 3 months statements,passports etc etc??

if you are sticking with the same lender you may need less in theory but they can still ask for whatever they feel fit.
Passport
Bank Stats (3 months)
Wage slips (3 months or 8 weeks)
P60

A- very little unless you are asking for an increased amount and then proof of income and maybe a valuation fee.
B - As you said it, the works.
