If there was a house price crash which should inevitavbly run concurrently with increased interest rates, would it be best to have an offset mortage to allow for the increased payments? ADVICE PLEASE

I Have A Joint Income Of £45,000 And Am Looking To Increase My Mortgage From 130,000 To 200,000.
