Equity Share/Shared Appreciation Mortgages

Needing some help - does anyone know of any lender who either currently offers, or has offered in the last few years, shared equity or shared appreciation mortgages that were available in Scotland? I know Bradford & bingley did for a while but I wondered if there were/are others?

long time ago but the last one I did was with the Abbey national.I like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0

I think advantage homeloans does something similar on a flexishare mrotgage but never done one so can't be sure!
