4x joint salary?
Is it possible to borrow around 4x joint salary? Partner and i both have no loans, credit cards, dependents etc. and we have a 10% deposit. Do you think we could find lenders willing to give us (slightly under) a 4 x multiple based on affordability? Which lenders use affordability calculators?

Hi, I am aware there are a few lenders who do not make their products available to L&C brokers, HSBC being one, and I think Egg and ING also. Does anybody know which other lenders can be included in this list please? Thanks :)
