Getting Mortgage - Electroal Roll

Hi - my partner and I are looking to buy in about a year to 18 months. However our current rental contract is up in June and we want to move house (flat we are in has chronic condensation damp, plus we need to be closer to our preferred primary school as eldest will be 4 next spring...). However, will changing address so soon before an application harm our credit? Many thanks.
