4x joint salary?

Is it possible to borrow around 4x joint salary? Partner and i both have no loans, credit cards, dependents etc. and we have a 10% deposit. Do you think we could find lenders willing to give us (slightly under) a 4 x multiple based on affordability? Which lenders use affordability calculators?

It will depend on your whole scenario as to which lenders will look at 4 x income.
However as long as you both have got good credit scores, you should be able to find several lenders to offer you those multiples.
